Who are we?

We’re more than just a digital company.

A2Display boasts a tightly-knit team of highly-qualified, motivated and locally-recruited people, enabling us to offer our clients not only a continuously-improved software application but also an operational support service which is structured, controlled and planned (constant display of our clients’ Installation status and problem alerts; use of Tickets to follow an installation project or service intervention, and a Help & Advice hotline). An Ecological gesture: become a connected and eco-responsible town and eliminate paper usage and waste by digitising all of your communication. The Display Management interface allows you to turn off LED panels at night, or to place our Interactive displays in Sleep or Standby modes. You’ll also save on energy consumption thanks to adapted brightness levels.

Assistance and Hotline

Our Technical Assistance service will help you maintain your material, supplied by A2Display, at an optimum level of performance and reliability.
We assure our clients’ guarantees fully: the majority of our interventions can be carried out remotely or, when required, we’ll quickly come out in person. If necessary, we’ll replace any material under guarantee or we can help the client with repair or replacement outside the guarantee period.
A Hotline number is dedicated to this service. This hotline, open on working days, can also help you remotely with your questions and problems concerning the day-to-day use of our software interface: we can even show you the steps to take, in real time, on your screen.

Training

A2Display has an officially-certified Training service, delivering high-quality, personalised training to accompany your installation and project. This helps the client to quickly achieve complete autonomy in the use of our display-management software.
Tutorials are available at any time in the Editing interface, to explain the use of the many available functions.

Multi-material

Our Dynamic and Interactive display solution, which we offer in either portrait (eg. totem, kiosk or display terminal) or landscape (terminal or Lectern/pedestal) form, functions on all types of screens whether or not touch-sensitive. By using a simple QR-code, users can- if you wish- access a version of your solution (identical or not) on their smartphones.

Multi-platform

You can display personalised information on each terminal, totem or lectern screen, or on any of our touch-screens. You can thus provide either a different visual display model for each type of display device (touch terminal, lectern and users’ smartphones), or broadcast identical information and visuals on all support devices.

Day & Night Standby and Sleep Modes

Our software can propose 2 possible standby modes which permit important energy savings. The Daytime standby mode is activated when the Touch-screen is unused over a programmable period of time: the screen can then be transformed into a simple dynamic screen displaying, for example, local information or advertising posters for upcoming events. The Night-time standby mode activates automatically at the time you have chosen: the screen is on standby only, and the interactive home screen- along with all its displayed content- can be re-accessed by simply touching the screen.

Statistics and Artificial Intelligence

You can consult and produce detailed statistics concerning the everyday use of your screen, via a clever blend of classic and AI programming. You can thus determine the display mode used, with a league table of the most-consulted categories and documents, and type of use, which will allow you to better present and target your display screen and content.

A Hotline is available during working hours for all our users. Interventions, when these are necessary, are most often possible remotely via our maintenance Interface.

Security

Information accessible on the computer boxes supplied is protected, and the use of our software & hardware by a third party to browse the Internet at their leisure (perhaps even to disreputable sites) is impossible thanks to a pre-defined “White List” of permitted sites; this is established with our clients during installation, but can be modified remotely by us at any time should your needs change.

The User Management interface enables you to restrict different users’access to certain screens and categories for targeted Content organisation and security.
